Snow in Memphis?

Polymers & Other Fun Stuff

This is hydrophobic sand...from our greek studies, the kids figured out quickly, it meant "afraid of water"....hence it is sand that stays dry, even when placed in water. It is sprayed with a hydrophobic coating and sold as "magic sand"...very cool!
